Kevin Kelly is CEO of Heidrick & Struggles International, Inc., the world’s premier executive search and leadership consulting firm.   Before being named asCEO, he served as President of the firm’s Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) and Asia Pacific regions; as Regional Managing Partner, Asia Pacific; and as leader of the firm’s Tokyo office.
