Your body is a temple of God. Hence you need to remove the bad tendencies like ego, greed, fear, hatred and boredom from this sacred space. These tendencies can change your body from a temple to a ruin. What is the difference between God and a human being? If somebody asks a human being to sign on a blank paper, he will refuse; but if somebody asks God the same thing, God will say, I sign on blank paper only. I am present in nothingness. I am present in Zero. That means God accepts those who are free from the bad tendencies mentioned above and who have surrendered their egos. Due to their bad tendencies, people are unable to receive gifts and guidance from God. We should learn to accept Gods signature, but in order to do that, we need to become blank sheets of paper. Blank paper means a body which is free from bad tendencies. In the bodies devoid of bad tendencies, one can see the evidence of Gods blessings. Bad tendencies are negative feelings in your mind. Like the ten faces of demon king Ravana, the mind also has ten terrible faces. They are anger, boredom, comparison, disappointment, ego, fear, greed, hatred, envy and malice. In this book, you will learn about the three subtle bad tendencies of the mind and how to get rid of them. These subtle bad tendencies are attachment, ego and boredom. The mind creates these bad tendencies due to our habit of considering ourselves as separate individuals from others. The three subtle bad tendencies mentioned above empower all the other bad tendencies. The biggest weapon of mind is desire. The unenlightened mind lives only to fulfill its desires, and continually works to generate more. As soonas one desire is fulfilled, another rises to take its place: thus the unenlightened mind is never satisfied. When these never-ending desires are not fulfilled, the mind responds with anger and resentment. If these desires are fulfilled, they result in more greed. Greed causes people to acquire more and more things; soon the individual develops attachment with those things. This feeds the ego, and the owner becomes the owned: the wheel never stops spinning. This book is written to help people break free from this vicious cycle by extinguishing their bad tendencies.
