Author Biography
Biswamoy Pati is Reader at the Department of History, Sri Venkateswara College, Delhi University. He is presently working on the social history of conversions in Orissa, a project for which he has been awarded the Ratan Tata Fellowship (2000-01) at the London School of Economics.
