Dr. Sahib Singh, a Ph.D. in Library Science from Delhi University, is presently Union Cabinet Minister of Labour. Earlier he has held positions of Education Minister and then the Chief Minister of Delhi. He has long experience as a practicing librarian in Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, Delhi University, Delhi from where he had to take Premature retirement due to Political preoccupations.
