Donald Waters has degrees from the Universities of Sussex, London and Strath clyde. He worked for a variety of organizations in the UK before moving to Canada to become Professor of Operations Management at the University of Calgary. In 1997 he returned to the UK to become Chief Executive of Richmond, Parke's and Wright, whose main interests are in management research, education and training. Dr. Waters continue to work for organizations around the world, using his specialist knowledge of operations and supply chain management. He has written a number of successful books in these areas.
