About The Authors Rocky Singh and Mayur Sharma are popular hosts of NDTV Good Times, where they host the show, Highway On My Plate. This book is their first and only writing venture together till date. The book has been written in a fairly light-hearted and informative manner. A lot of research has been undertaken by both the authors and this is clearly reflected in their writing. Rocky Singh hails from a military background, and his father, Amarjeet Singh Hundal was a war-hero who was killed during the Indo-Pakistan war of 1971. A connoisseur of food, Rocky travels around the world, sampling cuisines from everywhere. He has previously worked as a gas distributor, and with British Airways. He once even managed a restaurant, and is currently an HR consultant and GM of a corporate training organization. He has a wife and two kids, and enjoys golfing and traveling.  Mayur Sharma hails from a similar background, as he is the son of a retired IAF (Indian Air Force) officer. He is an outdoor experiential educator, and his areas of interest are productive group dynamics and interpersonal client relationships. The two also host another show called Jai Hind With Rocky and Mayur.
