About The Author Anil Kumar, Ph.D., is Associate Professor at Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), University of Delhi. An alumnus of SRCC, he did his post graduation in commerce from Delhi School of Economics, Delhi University. He hasbeen awarded Ph.D. degree by the University of Delhi for his thesis on 'Performance Effects of Corporate Governance Code'. Dr Kumar has contributed number of research articles in national and international journals; presented his research work at international conferences in India and abroad; and has conducted several executive development and training programmes for corporate executives and directors. He has over twenty-five years experience of teaching both undergraduate and post-graduate students.
