  • Author Biography

    D.R. Khamma is a reader in Zoology int he Gurukul Kangri University, Hardwar (Uttaranchal). He obtained his M.Sc. in 1984 Ph.D. in 1990. He joined as a Lecturer in 1990, and took his preent position in 1999. He is fellow and life member of several academic societies and recipient of the prestigious ASEA excellence award for 2001. P.R. Yadav did post-graduation from Gorakhpur University, Gorakhpur in 1983 and Ph.D. from Banaras Hindu Uindu University in 1988. From 12-11-1990 to 31-08-1996 worked as a scientista at the Silkworm Seed Technology Laboratory, Central Silk Board, Bangalore. During this period visited People Republic of China and did a specialised course on Silkworm Nutrition and physiology from Zhejiang Agricultural University, Hangzhou, China.
