C.P. Singh has obtained his Master's degree and B.Ed., from Meerut University. A teacher by profession, he is totally devoted to the promotion of education. He retired as Vice-Principal from Delhi Administration. As an active he was involved in teaching-learning activities of the school-college students for the last decades.
